By accessing and using Hero Converter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Hero Converter is a free, browser-based tool that converts files across multiple formats including images (JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, AVIF, SVG, BMP, GIF, ICO, TIFF), video (MP4, WebM, MOV, AVI, MKV), audio (MP3, WAV, FLAC, AAC, OGG), and documents (PDF, DOCX, HTML, TXT). All conversion happens locally in your browser — no files are uploaded to our servers.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the Service to convert files you do not own or have rights to
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use automated tools to excessively access the Service
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Circumvent or manipulate advertisements displayed on the Service

Advertising

The Service is supported by advertisements provided by Google AdSense. By using the Service, you acknowledge that ads may be displayed. Ad content is determined by Google and is subject to Google's advertising policies.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Hero Converter. You retain full ownership of any files you convert using the Service.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that conversion results will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hero Converter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or quality degradation during conversion.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
